DrivePad Cam Privacy Policy

1. Information DrivePad Cam Collects

DrivePad Cam is designed to operate with minimal data handling.

• Camera access: The app requests permission to access video input so it can display a live feed from a connected camera.
• On-device settings: The app stores certain preferences locally on your device, such as mirror setting, rotation setting, whether the end user license agreement was accepted, and the last selected external camera identifier.
• Support communications: If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address, name, and any information you include in your message.

2. Information DrivePad Cam Does Not Collect for Our Servers

• The app does not require account creation.
• The app does not collect personal information for storage on our servers during normal app use.
• The app does not upload camera video or images to Scarlet Enterprises or Auburn Wire Works.
• The app does not use third-party advertising SDKs.
• The app does not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
• The app does not sell personal information.

3. How Information Is Used

• Camera access is used only to show live video within the app.
• On-device settings are used only to remember your preferences and selected camera behavior.
• Support emails are used only to respond to your questions, support requests, or privacy inquiries.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share data from normal in-app use with advertising networks, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. If you email us for support, your message may be processed by our email provider solely for the purpose of delivering and storing that communication.

5. Data Retention

• App preference data stored on your device remains on your device until you delete the app, clear the app's data through your device settings, or change those settings within the app.
• Support emails and related correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

6. Your Choices and Rights

• You can deny or revoke camera permission at any time through your device settings, but the app will not function as intended without camera access.
• You may request deletion of support emails or ask privacy questions by contacting support@auburnwireworks.com.
• Because normal app-use data is stored locally on your device rather than on our servers, you can remove that data by deleting the app from your device.

7. Children's Privacy

DrivePad Cam is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through normal app use.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information we receive through support communications. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
